This sale is a VIRTUAL LIVE ESATE SALE EVENT at Facebook and we will not be open to the public. Grab a cup of coffee, kick back in your favorite chair and join us at our Facebook Live webpage (@DownsizingSolutionsLASales) starting at 9:00 am on Wednesday August 25.     

Here’s how to participate in our virtual sale:

1) YOU must send us a friend request at Facebook so you can use the comment section during the live event feed

2) YOU will use the comment section to interact with us during the sale to both purchase and ask questions

3) If you wish to purchase an item TYPE IN the comment section – SOLD, the dollar amount you wish to pay above our stated minimum price, and YOUR NAME and whomever is the highest bidder by the time we start the next sale lot is the recorded winner of that item. Usually, we allow a 4-5 minute window of time between sale items. 

4) If you are the highest bidder on an item, WE WILL NEED your email address so we can send you a PayPal invoice

5) Once we receive your payment at PayPal you will be emailed the pickup address (Santa Monica) along with instructions

6) PICKING UP YOUR PURCHASES – you can pick up your purchase(s) on Thursday 8/26, Friday 8/27 and Saturday 8/29 – that’s it, you’ll have a 3 day window and pick up times will be from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm each of the 3 days

7) We will need to know what time you expect to arrive, so we can schedule buyers entry into the secure building each day

8) Please bring your own help-labor to pick up and move large items, bring your own packing materials for fragile items. Our staff will not be able to assist with moving or loading large items from the property
