- The family has priced paintings fairly to sell. They will entertain all reasonable and respectful offers but request that you honor their "best price" offer.
- All sales are final and "as is". There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. No exceptions.
- Cash and credit cards accepted.
- Buyers are responsible for he taking away and/or picking up of all purchases.
- Paintings may be held at the studio for pick-up for up to two days. Any paintings not picked-up within two days again becomes the property of the sellers and will have all rights to re-sell the painting(s). No refunds will be given for painting(s) not picked up with two days of purchase.
- Be prepared to bring your own movers, trucks, and packing materials, as needed.
- No children or pets allowed - thank you.
- Owners and tenants of property are not responsible for accidents in or on property premises.
- Address of Estate sale will be published the day prior to sale.
- No early birds.
