Join us for another great sale in The Oaks Santa Paula. The house is worth a visit! A California Seven Room Ranch House built in 1935 set on half an acre in a rustic setting with Native Oak Trees.  A sprawling garage workshop with some tools, a vintage working 1940s Hotpoint Refrigerator, and more.

Everyone will enter through side entrance not front door. Cash table will be beneath oak trees in front of garage. 

On the wood porch in front of the garage workshop is an antique trunk, Wrought iron table and chairs, old rocker, horseshoes on the wall and an old milk can.  Garden art animals peak out from the bushes. A definite Knotts Berry Farm vibe!
