Please note this estate is not Wheelchair accessible and has multiple levels and uneven ground.

There will be NO large purses allowed in this sale. Boxes and baskets are ok. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. The property is fully equipped with a recording security camera system and a monitored security alarm.

** We do not use a sign in list. People will be let in on a first come basis.

**Please note, we try to provide and monitor as best as we can a “Holding Area” at each of our sales. However we are not responsible if another shopper manages to purchase an item that was on hold. If you are at all concerned about this happening we encourage you to purchase your items, carry them to your car and then continue shopping. Thank you ***

***Please be aware…. you cannot use any map app to locate this property. It will take you to the wrong location. We will be updating the ad on Thursday morning at 6:00 am with the address and the directions. The property is gated so please wait in your cars for the gate to open at 10:00 am. Please do not enter the gate before 10 am or you will be escorted off the property. After you drive through the gate you will proceed up a private driveway about 1 mile until you get to the barn and estate. We will have many signs leading your way. Please drive safely and slowly on the private driveway. It is a one lane mountain road that must be shared with people going in and out. There are many pull off locations that make this possible but please drive slow.

Directions:

From the Santa Clarita area or Ventura / Oxnard beach areas take Highway 126 into Santa Paula and exit Tenth Street (150).

From Santa Clarita turn right at the Tenth Street off-ramp then proceed to the first traffic light and turn right onto Harvard Blvd.

From Ventura / Oxnard beach areas turn left at the Tenth Street off-ramp and turn right at the first traffic light onto Harvard Blvd.

Take Harvard Blvd to the first right you can make, and turn right onto So. Mountain Road.

Cross over the bridge and make the first right onto (again) So. Mountain Rd. You will remain on this road all the way up to the front door of the ranch house where the sale is located. Th.is road will literally end at the front door of this beautiful historic ranch home. Stay straight for about two miles. Follow the signs and arrows along the way that point towards our sale. You will come to a gate that will be opened for the duration of the sale hours of 10:00am to 2:00pm.
