PAYMENT:
1. A valid credit card is required for registration to bid on our site and for bidding approval. We accept all major credit cards. At the close of auction. your card on file will be charged for all lots won including tax and buyers premium.
2. Payment will not be accepted on site the day of the pickup
3. If charges are declined by the credit card processor a non-sufficient funds fee of $25.00 will be assessed each time processing is denied. The buyer will be notified of a NSF transaction through e-mail and be given 24 hours to contact SacAuctioneer.com with an alternative payment method.
4. Any invoice over $1,500.00 will require wire transfer. Your credit card will not be accepted for invoices over $1500. SacAuctioneer.com will contact buyers with an invoice above $1,500.00 within 24 hours of auction close to initiate a wire transfer.
5. If purchases are not settled, or buyer fails to contact SacAuctioneer.com within 48 hours of auction close (ex. Card declined), they are considered in default. Upon default, the Bidder’s privileges will be suspended on SacAuctioneer.com until their invoice is settled. Subsequent defaults may result in bidding privileges being blocked or denied. Such action may be taken at the sole discretion of SacAuctioneer.com.
6. No Refunds, No Buyers Remorse, No Credit Card Charge Backs will be processed.
