Cash and Credit Cards ($100.00 minimum purchase on charges.) ALL SALES ARE FINAL! PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MANPOWER to remove large items. All items sold "AS IS ." Please be advised that you enter at your own risk. Homeowner is not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur on or before or during the estate sale. No DOGS allowed except Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest. Please watch your step when entering the home and exiting.
