Monterey County Court Ordered Vehicle Auction

Preview Day: Wednesday, August 28th 2pm-3pm only. No trespassing on property outside of this allocated time. All bids must be submitted in writing on Thursday, August 29th at 11am with bidder registration form. Winning bidders shall be notified by Thursday, August 29th by 2pm. (Please see terms and condition as review time may change.) Terms: All bidders must register. All vehicles are SOLD AS, WHERE IS. No guarantees on any vehicles. Buyer acknowledges that seller is not responsible for any defects or liens on cars. Buyer responsible for removal of vehicle using insured third party, i.e., lic. Towing company from property after payment has been verified by seller. Buyer acknowledges that seller will not provide smog certificate. Bidding at auction: All bids must be received with contact phone number by Thursday, August 29th at 11am. All bids are subject to Court confirmation if the bid is less than the Court appraised value. Bidders may bid lower or higher than the Court appraisal. Bids must be emailed to rob@slawinski.com with the completed registration information. Bidders must provide a copy of the seller's permit and California Dealer number for sales tax exemption. Anyone registering for the auction must accept the Terms and Conditions before placing a bid. Monterey County sales tax is 7.5%. Buyer is responsible for any and all registration with DMV. Cash only on vehicles. Payment must be submitted at 26362 Carmel Rancho Lane in Carmel on August, 29th at 1pm by winning bidder. If payment is not received by 1:30pm on Thursday, August 29th, then buyer agrees to forfeit all rights to purchase the vehicle and the sale is cancelled. The vehicle must be picked up by 3pm on August 29th. Auction house charges a 15% buyers premium which is added to the sales price. Buyer to verify any description posted by seller, i.e. Vin #, condition, if vehicle has keys, etc.
