We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Apple Pay. Sorry, no personal checks at this time. We also collect CA Sales Tax unless you have a dealer exemption on file with us. We will have forms that you can fill out if you don't have one already on file.
We will have a sign up list out front for the early arrivals. We will open the doors promptly at 9:00 and go by the list in order. Please don't disturb occupants as they will be in the house prior to the morning of the sale. Please stay behind any caution tape.
Our final showroom estate sale is a fantastic 2-Day affair with select items primarily from two multi-million dollar estates in St Helena. Featuring a state of the art Sub Zero Wine Chiller that holds 132 bottles to fabulous oil paintings, to stunning bronze sculptures to large and wonderful custom wood frames to a Mint condition and original McIntosh Stereo system to a nice variety of contemporary and antique furniture. In addition, we have a one of a kind hand made Diorama of the Hoover Dam project in original wooden display box , a nice collection of vintage metal mold forms, tons of fresh ephemera from bus tickets to 1960’s maps, to airline ticket brochures from all around the globe. There are also lots of fresh collectibles and antiques from a variety of Sonoma and Marin county estates.

The door to our Warehouse Showroom is on Brown Street and parking is on Depot Street behind Napa Auto Parts. We have a lot of bags and tissue paper, but few boxes.
