We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and Apple Pay. Sorry, no personal checks at this time. We also collect CA Sales Tax unless you have a dealer exemption on file with us. We will have forms that you can fill out if you don't have one already on file.
We will have a sign up list out front for the early arrivals. We will open the doors promptly at 9:00 and go by the list in order. Please don't disturb occupants as they will be in the house prior to the morning of the sale. Please stay behind any caution tape.
We are back on our feet and feeling great again and the extra time has allowed us to JAM PACK our showroom with a wide variety if items. Where our last sale focused on furniture and fine antiques, this sale is JAM PACKED with boxes and boxes of "smalls". This sale will be so full that we will be spilling out onto our back alley. This is by far the most eclectic collection of items that we have featured in a single sale so study the photos closely. We have pristine Motorcycle leathers from Dianese and Fieldsheer, to a collection of rare books on Santa Rosa history, to a wide variety of vintage and exquisite antique items that were sourced from a local antique dealer who is leaving the area after over 3 decades of collecting.
We are also featuring a MINT CONDITION 1-OWNER 2004 Fleetwood Jamboree 23E Motorhome that was ALWAYS GARAGED with only 22,000 miles on it and has less than 100 hours on the generator. This CLASS C motorhome also has a slide out tray for more width when parked, 2 awnings, a full kitchen with gas stove, and loads of extra features. This unit is super clean and actually still looks and smells like new.
We pride ourselves in only bringing fresh merchandise for each sale at our 3-day showroom sales. We do not buy estate sale leftovers or storage auctions, Instead, our curated sales consist of items tastefully combined from several households. Select Items are culled and organized and then tagged at wholesale prices and Items are then discounted further as the weekend progresses dropping to as much as 50% off on Sunday.
Our ultimate goal is for our shoppers to score fantastic deals and enjoy a pleasurable shopping experience while helping us empty our showroom so we can continue to bring our customers more great deals. month after month.
