1) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. If you find a list somewhere on the property, WE DID NOT CREATE IT and WE WILL NOT HONOR IT! Even if the page has our business name or logo on it, it is NOT ours.
2) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.

4) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
5) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
6) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
7) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

1. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets, even if they have our business name or logo printed on them. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.

3. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.

If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.

This sale has a fair amount of beds and bedroom furniture in it. Here's an example of the bedframe, a pair of nightstands, and lamps.This make-up stand could be yours, if you come by the sale.These two cabinets aren't exactly the same style, but they're not far off from each other either.The corner lingerie cabinet is not the biggest, but it has a certain charm to it. Like many of the sales, there are also framed artwork available.Here we have a nice, one mirror armoire for you.And in this corner, a dresser with a different style. Don't forget the doll collection.More sets of drawers are shown here, along with two wooden chairs.This is a better overview of the second bedroom, where you'll find a good collection of bedding.There are a few clothes and shoes here. Come find your size!A folding chair and a wooden chair sit next to this three-drawer dresser and two video monitors.This picture shows the keyboard (not sure of the brand), as well as a larger television.This work is sure to go fast. It is rare to see a home without books and bookcases. This house is no exception.There are a number of chandeliers or hanging lamps. This corner cabinet can help fill a corner in your home, but also provide space for teacups, dolls, Matchbox & Hot Wheels cars, or whatever you might collect.This is a closer version of the items in this sale, small figurines, candles, and more!This could be an entertainment center, or it could be an armoire. You know the curiosity is building....There are a couple of vintage-looking pushbutton phones, as well as the older handset phone, and a vintage-style mantel radio.There is a mantel clock on top of the small desk in front of the fireplace.Another cabinet is shown here, with several photo frames and a couple of lamps.This wall-hung mirror is not a bad addition to your home.This is another of the available hanging lamps or chandeliers (pick your term and I'm okay with that).This is another fine example of a cabinet that could be yours.The framed angel art is on this wall, but there is also a pair of smaller tables and a triple lamp.This lamp also hangs.I know this is similar to the previous picture, but the mantel clock is on the mantel. Beneath it is the small secretary's desk.A close-up picture of the secretary's desk is shown here.And this is inside the desk.One more chandelier or hanging lamp.This table and chair set is perfect for a spring afternoon coffee or tea.It's not terribly often you see a double-oven, but here is one of them. Measure your available space, then come on by to measure this one.Several pots and pans, and other kitchen tools and appliances are available.This is a different look of the kitchen utensils, glasses, pots, pans, etc.In the living room this fairly ornate sofa and coffee table sits, waiting for you to come test it out.There are some China pieces in the sale. This is one of them. This label shows the Wedgwood Bone China logo, including the "Kutani Crane" mention of the pattern.This picture shows the collection with more pieces. In this dining room scene, a different pattern of dishware is shown.In fact, here is a better view of this dishware set.And this second China set is Royal Doulton, with Baronet pattern.Remember the pair of wrought iron chairs and glass-topped table? This loveseat could be yours with those!
