We have been hired to liquidate a very fine Sherman Oaks Condominium.
This home is completely high class all the way. Extremely clean and well kept, but everything must go.
Very fine silver, most antique German 800 sterling from mid/late 1800's to early 1900's. A few newer pieces of sterling silver. In fact, we found a bunch more sterling, mostly more 800 German so now there is a ton of sterling in this home. Price will be based on antique value, not weight, on older pieces!
For your information, the large candelabra's weigh approximately 5 pounds each, not weighted, they are 800 silver (marked) and have been in the family for close to 100 years.
Names such as lalique and Waterford, Val St. Lambert, plus fine German Hutschenreuther China, and other fine crystal and glassware. There is a beautiful Black breakfront china cabinet (not oriental in style), Along with other pieces of fine furniture.
We have some books, art, and a lot more. There is some women's clothing, and a couple of nice purses. We will add more pictures early next week once we get into the property.
Parking is a bit tough in the neighborhood but legal!
Also, access to this condo will be limted to approximately 15 people at a time. I apologize for this but space is tight and the items in this place are very valuable.
As usual, there will be NO EARLY ADMISSIONS! NONE! If you want in early, get in the front of the line at 7:00 am on Saturday! No lists or numbers will be honored.

We just found out that we are adding the Schafer & Sons G-3A piano to the sale. The new owners had wanted it but changed their minds so we are thinking about selling the piano early. If you are interested, pleae contact us to make an appointment. (Silver will be put in another room so you can't see it while looking at the piano!)
Professional Piano movrs will be required to move this piece!
