* Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture. We do not have staff on hand to move. We have a delivery service for a fee...

Aloha , from our client who grew up in Kauai till she got married .Then they moved to the mainland to pursue her career and raise her 2 daughters in Pasadena . With her husbands passing and her daughters off to school and raising there own families she found herself in the peaceful community of Sierra Madre .
Her love for live you can see it through out the home . She traveled the world and would bring something back from everywhere. Paintings , sculptures, clothing , collectables.. You name it she had it . She loved to entertain her friends and family. When you come to the sale you can see what we mean . Everything she had was quality and simply beautiful. Her yard is amazing .
This one day sale is well worth coming to .. will not disappoint you !
As you enter the house there is a beautiful Walnut Renaissance Revival sofa , highly carved chinese desk that was cut down to make a coffee table, sleeper sofa for her guest , several chairs, bookcases, book holder, leather bound books , large pieces of art , a lot of collectables and decor pieces.
The three bedrooms have a white 5pc B/R set, several storage pieces Armoire, foot bench for storage, pr of mid-century bookcases,
several other bookcases, computer desk & chair, paintings, shelves, mirrors and quite a bite of clothing formal/ gently worn everyday stuff size 8-10 . small & med and shoes size 5 1/2 some scarves, purses and hats ..lots to choose from.
As you stroll down the hall there is some art , then you pass through the kitchen with some nice cookware, couple tables , 6 French cane back chairs in great condition , a sage velvet sofa w 2 floral overstuffed chairs all in excellent condition, large chinese tea table used for a coffee table . Lots of fun art , dishes, silver plate, and collectables from all over the world. Pictures tell the story.
Out side is a great vintage patio table & 6 chairs, a lot of plants in great pots, some statues, garden bench and what everyone needs is a play house which can make a great gardening shed.
I am sure I missed a few things but come on by its a good fun sale.
