RAIN OR SHINE INDOOR SALE.. CASH ONLY!!!!..No Sign up sheet! Doors open promptly at 8AM and close 2 pm! We have one entrance and one exit. Guard on duty at all sales...No large bags or Backpacks permitted. No strollers in home, and children must stay with you at all times. No pets allowed.

There are no public restrooms. Home is not handicapped accessible. Please be advised you enter at your own risk. Homeowner is not responsible for any injuries, or accidents that may occur on/or near sale premises. We only will hold items for 1/2 hour for you to make a bank run. We do not offer delivery services. Please bring your own help for loading your purchases of large items!! Bring boxes, bags and wrapping material.
