This is part 2 of the Simi Valley house and there is plenty here! Kitchen is loaded with great stuff, somebody was a practicing chef!

Tons of DVD’s some albums but not much in rock n roll. A bar and it’s loaded with vintage bar glasses and more. Audio equipment, 3 flat screen tvs, washer, dryer and fridge, upright freezer in garage. Blankets, linens, bedsheet sets, and towels. 2 full size beds, desk, furniture, Trent grandfather clock which works perfectly, and more clocks, a vintage (Brown Jordon or look like) FANTASTIC patio table and chairs, Thomas Kincade art w COA's and some double signed and hand highlighted, pre and post war trains and track, office supplies, gardening tools, hanging rabbit foot ferns and potted plants, and more!

The workshop some of you have seen, is available to browse through which has a pool table and sticks. Garage is also available and we have added things to it.

This is a 2 story home so be mindful of that. No children will be allowed in back yard due to pool. No excuses, it simply will not be allowed. Also there is a step down just after entering so please be careful. We will have bright tape to warn you, I took a few good stumbles myself. Sorry no video. BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO MOVE FURNITURE, WE CANNOT HELP YOU! DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS, THIS IS A CUL-DA-SAC.
