Terms & Conditions
1. A $100.00 refundable cash deposit is required to bid for this auction. Your bidder# will then be assigned.
2. All payments must be received in full prior from us releasing any merchandise to the winning bidder.
3. Any deposits will be deducted from the total amount owed from bidders with winning bids. 25% payment from the total amount owed is required at date of auction. Any and all balances must be paid within 24 hours from date of auction and regardless when merchandise is picked-up time. No merchandise will be released until all balances are paid in full.
4. We accept cash, cashier’s check, credit cards and wire transfers. We will add 3% fee for credit card payments and $15 for wire transfers. All sales are final.
5. All auction items are sold by lot #. Auctioneer will announce if lot is being sold by the quantity of pieces or boxes times the bid or as a lot.
6. Appointments for pick-up shall be made to avoid long delays. Appointments are prioritized and all merchandise purchased is separated and ready for pick-up at its buyer schedule time for arrival. We can accommodate early or late pick-up times by appointment only.
7. Buyers are responsible to pay for all sales taxes unless the items are being purchased for resale and the buyer has a valid resale permit which is required at time of registration for bidders that are taxes exempt. No refund for taxes will be given after merchandise is paid for and picked up.
8. All articles are offered ‘as-is, where is, with all faults with few exceptions. Any exceptions will be announced by the auctioneer or marked accordingly. It is the buyer’s responsibility to assure that his/her receipt reflects any statements made by auctioneer or purchase will be considered AS-IS. All sales are final. All auctions are recorded, but we do not provide any guarantees on the marketability, correctness of description, fitness or condition of products.
9. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, information and quantities given by the Auction Catalogue, Auctioneer, or other auction personnel is offered only as a guide. No sale shall be invalidated and auctioneer has no liability for discrepancies of an item or lot. It is the bidder responsibility to assure proper nomenclature and identification of auction merchandise. Bidders are advised to inspect items prior to purchase. Auctioneer reserves the right to group, reduce, add or delete lots.
10. Quantities must be checked before removal of purchases.
11. NO adjustments will be made once items are removed from the auction premises. Buyers are responsible to make all arrangements for the removal of purchases from the auction site, including but not limited to the labor of loading items purchased to boxes, tape and any other equipment that may be required. We do offer delivery services for a fee based on weight, distance and the labor involved.
12. All announcements made on auction day shall take precedence over any previously announced advertisements or distributed information.
13. I attend this sale at my own risk and assume responsibility for my own safety during the auction and also during removal of merchandise following the auction. I hereby agree to release any and all liability from the auctioneer, seller and landlord.
14. This auction is being conducted pursuant to all local and state laws and regulations.
15. Breakage during checkout is BUYERS responsibility.
