**Please be advised that Fishy Finds will be distributing free tickets or wristbands one hour prior to the start of sale to secure your place in line. Please do not block the driveway of the neighbors.

** Be advised that while on property you are on camera for the protection of the property and yourselves.

-You will need to bring your own help for moving big items. We do have someone on site that can assist in bringing some of the smaller items into the staging area while you shop. (Staging areas will be located next to check out). Note** All items need to be removed on the day of sale if possible. This is a townhouse and there are parking restrictions. Please be sure to park in visitor parking spots or on the street only and not in front of someone’s garage or in the fire lanes.

**Children are welcome but must always be accompanied by an adult to be granted access to the home.

**If you need transport for any large item purchases, we can also assist you in arranging that. Please note, all items purchased must be removed from the location on the day of the sale.
