Hi everyone and welcome to Simi Valley, Wood Ranch!
This is a newer area for us but we are here to help this fine family empty a home and move on after the death of a family member.
This is a fine home with fine and interesting as well as different furnishings. Some fun things, some different things as well as some very fine antique pieces all mixed in to one location.
For example, we have a real massage chair which the family paid over $12000 for a few years ago! It massages everything and then some! but the family said it has to go so it will (we hope) to a good home! Don't worry, we won't charge anywhere near that!
But we have Briar horses, stereo equipment, refrigerator, a loaded kitchen, lots of medium to large regular and designer ladies clothing and some men's clothing, lots of great lamps o which 2 are Danish modern, nice art, costume and lots of sterling jewelry, men's watches, Honda Quad, a salvage Mercedes 300 CE with 101,000, 1989, higher end furniture along with antique furniture, great books, carpets, one is an Iranian Karastan (large), an antique Victrola phonograph in cabinet (crank is with it) the usual collectibles, garage with items we haven't gone thru yet. Sterling silver items such as candle sticks and more.
Jenn-Aire BBQ lightly used (only BBQ part) handicap items, a newer hospital bed in great condition, wine fresh from the winery, and more. Update as usual to follow.
12/1 Update:
Found native american bead work in the garage. The stereo equipment is getting better with 50's and 60's magnavox stereo and more. Nice Christmas items,
Ladies, we have three tables full of purses, most are designer of all types. Clothing in size medium and large, some with new tags never worn and all in top quality! Many ladies coats, again all of top quality. There some men's items but I will have to update yo on those.
Some really nice art on the walls, they liked sailboats!
We found electrical tubes in a repairman's case.They look good and unused. And, a bottle of unopened 2002 Marilyn!
Orrefors crystal, collectibles and more and will update again later in the week.
12/5 Update
A few vintage bronze statues, books, mostly newer, lots and lots of kitchen items including a top of the line margarita machine.
