COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being. While Covid transmission rates are greatly reduced compared to the last few years, we still encourage everyone to wear a face mask while indoors and practice social distancing when possible. If you have tested positive for Covid or are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms and insist on coming to the sale, wear a N-95 or KN-95 face mask. Or ask a friend to come in your place so you can stay home and rest. We are not responsible for any illnesses contracted during the sale.
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. Physical distancing will be encouraged throughout the sale.
3. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice patience and courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
4. No public restrooms will be available.
5. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
6. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
7. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or traffic tickets that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or traffic tickets.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes hand trucks, dollies, ropes, or straps, as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.
8) Parking near the sale is your own responsibility and at your own risk. Parking in the driveway is generally not permitted.

Hello, and thank you for taking a look at this sale.  We appreciate your patience while we prepared and uploaded the photos of this really big sale.  There are lots and lots of furniture and furnishings this time around.  Here is a partial list of what you'll find:

So you know what the house looks like when you arrive for the sale.This miniature house is a great conversation starter.This table has a plaque that states it is made from solid mahogany. And it looks very nice, too.The table also has two sliding drawers.This is the plaque stating it is solid mahogany. No plywood or chipboard here.This bedframe is available for sale. Come find out if it is a twin or full size.These matching bedframes are perfect for a pair of kids.This dresser has some definite style to it.Another look at the mirrored dresser.This vanity table and seat could be yours, if you visit the sale.One of the sofas available in the sale. It looks very comfortable.This bedframe is also available, with its headboard, footboard, and side rails.This is another mirrored dresser, with a pretty big mirror and large top.This cedar chest is by Roos.This is a look inside the cedar chest, with the articulated shelf to hold the smaller items.And the makers' label for the cedar chest, of course.Here is a decorative bedframe for your bedroom. There are also a number of framed artworks in the sale (although this is a poster on a cork bulletin board.)This armchair just exudes a style from a previous era.This tall dresser doesn't have a mirror, but it does have lots of storage space.This picture shows another bedframe, bedding, a small rug, and a night stand.Each of these chairs has their own style. Come sit in each to see which one works for you.This wedding dress was found in an I. Magnin & Co. box, but is the dress really from there? Whether it does or doesn't, it looks quite stunning.This is a picture of the box label where the wedding dress was found. This photo shows the floor mirror and parts of the two racks of clothing.Here is one rack of clothing and shoes for the sale.This is the other rack of clothing and other miscellaneous items.There is a matching Maytag Performa washer and dryer in the sale.These are the washer and dryer pieces made by Maytag.This small dining table (or is it a breakfast table: you decide) has four matching chairs with it.In addition to the kitchen appliances shown here, there are china sets and crystalware in the sale.Three framed artworks are here, along with two rugs (one is peeking out from behind the other) and a side table with pitcher and wash basin.This tall dresser has good storage space, and holds up a lamp very well. So does the small round table on the bottom right of the image. Here is a look at some of the dishware, framed art, and dolls.The main focus of this photo is the desk and chair, but the desk lamps are both good choices, too. Another look at the desk here. Off to the side of the desk is a small bookshelf with several photo slides that could be interesting.This photo shows several items, including the writing desk, a lighted globe, a candelabra, beer stein, framed artworks, and tabletop lamp. The telescope at the bottom of the picture is a Bushnell Banner Astro. Look closely on the middle shelf and you can see a weaving loom shuttle, and a musical recorder behind it. There are a number of Matchbox or Hot Wheels model cars, too.The pair of framed artwork of purple and blue irises sitting on the top of the secretary's desk are pleasant images.This chair looks inviting.This statuette of three young women looks like they are having a good time. The cabinet on which they're standing looks pretty good, too.Another of the sofas in the sale is shown here. There is a tall octagonal table sitting off to the left a bit.Three more frame art pieces, a wooden chair, bookcases, and crystal glassware are shown here. This photo shows a Singer sewing machine, the side table on which it rests, and several sewing-related accessories.This is a Diana "baby lock" serger, model BL480A. You'll want to acquire this one, as serger's are not as common as sewing machines.All of these dishes and serving pieces are made with pewter. This is a nice collection.There are a couple of vacuum cleaners in the sale; the left of this photo shows one of them. There are also some end-of-the year holiday decorations. A portion of a blanket rack can be seen on the right.Here you can see a variety of items from chairs to tables, from mirrors to hatboxes, lamps, and artwork.This side-by-side, bottom-freezer refrigerator is a Whirlpool model.This is a top-freezer Frigidaire model refrigerator.One of several sofas in the sale is shown here. Whereas the others were shorter, this one is longer.This oval-framed portrait shows a young woman from a different era.This marble-topped decorative table has several jars sitting on top of it. Come check it out!There are many smaller pieces of interest in this photo: clocks, candlesticks, lamps, dishware, and more.This Asian-inspired chest is definitely worth a look.This photo shows two sets of candlesticks, a model steamship, a framed painting, and more.There is lots of bedding available in the sale. This side table also shows a five-volume Mark Twain collection of stories, along with a few ceramic figurines on the top shelf.Several of these figurines are from Hummel. In addition to these, the sale features several Beatrix Potter books & figurines.Prime among the items here is the entertainment center, behind the chair, sofa, side tables, and lamp.
