We accept cash , debit , credit (CASH PREFERRED) All items are sold in as is condition with no exception. All sales are final no returns. Please bring truck and muscle for picking up items. All items must be picked up one hour prior to the close of Sale. If you are interested in any items please be present at the Sale. Please bring bags, boxes and wrapping materials. We do not draw numbers or have a sign in sheet it's a first come first serve sale we let everyone in at 9:00am.( ALL DISPLAY CASE & HIGHER DOLLAR VALUE ITEMS WILL NOT BE ON PROPERTY UNTIL MORNING OF THE SALE)
We are not responsible for any injuries to anyone at our Estate Sales. Come at your own risk.Owner(s) warrants that it has and shall maintain liability insurance for the premises on Which the liquidation sale is held, and shall indemnify and hold harmless M&R Estate Sales members from and against all damages to goods or injuries to persons occuring or sustained on the premises.
