You may be asked to sign a waver and limited amount of customers will be allowed inside at a time.
1. All Sales Are Final. NO Returns. All items sold as is and were found with no guarantees or warranties.
2. CASH - plus Pal Pay, Zelle, Credit and Debit Cards are accepted for purchases over $10.00. (Sales Tax Collected)
American Express and Checks are not accepted.
3. You enter at your own risk – The property owner and/or Estate Sale Angels and all team members, are not responsible for any injury or accident on or near this property.
4. Please do not block neighbor’s driveways and pay careful attention to parking signs.
5. We offer pre-sales for items to known dealers.

We are having a "soft opening" of our new Estate Liquidation warehouse.
Discounts will be applied to most everything.
This is the premier (first) sale of our new location. Over the duration of several weeks / months; we will be offering the upscale content of multiple estates from all over Los Angeles. These are nice items of all sorts selected from particular households that can not have an "on site" open house estate sale. ( HOA will not permit it or access is difficult)
We are selling everything for highly discounted prices and each sale will offer new varied content.
Please come by and see for yourselves. We are still staging so we do not have photos yet.
We are located behind Jink's Cafe all the way in the rear of the parking lot. please follow signs and do not clog up Jink's parking.
