I will have 20 slots open for every half hour of the sale. Please text/email me your complete name and phone number and I will return your message with your time slot and number. I will send out the address to all appointments 2 days prior to the sale. You can also text me day of to see if any slots are available. Please note time slots are first come first serve. Parking is on the OPPOSITE SIDE of the street. You my drive up the driveway to pick up your items once purchased. Please note there are a lot of stairs and parts of the house may not be accessible to individuals with limited mobility. 

PARKING IS LIMITED TO THE OPPOSITE END OF THE STREET. BE PREPARED TO WALK! CARS CAN DRIVE UP THE DRIVEWAY TO PICK UP PURCHASES. DO NOT PARK ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE STREET AS THE HOUSE BECAUSE YOU WILL MOST LIKELY GET TOWED.
