We are not responsible for any incidents that may occur at the property. Please bring your own boxes, wrapping materials, bags & "movers" to pick up large items. All items that have been purchased must be removed on / by the last day of the sale by 3pm. Sorry, no prices of items will be given out over the phone or by email.. This estate sale will be a CASH ONLY sale.
