To be fair to people traveling long distances to our sales, our Sign In Sheet will go up the MORNING of the SALE when we arrive. First in line, will be first on the list. You must be in line to have your space on the sign in sheet.

Cash and Business Checks with matching ID only. Bring help to load large items. All sales final. No returns. California Sales tax will be added, unless you have a current resale license on hand or on file with us.

By entering this home, you hold harmless our company, the homeowner and all employees.

While we do not pre-sell, and do our best to make sure everything in the photos is at our sale, on rare occasion owner or relatives may remove an item in photo. Please E-mail questions and inquiries as we hardly answer our phone prior to and during the sale!

Entire Ranch Estate of Father & Son Producer and Directors:1930s-1990s Hollywood Memorabilia, Antiques, Western Decor, Listed Art and Household.

 

Father, William A. Berke was an film director, producer and

screenwriter.He directed and produced over 100 films between 1934

and 1958 including: Dick Tracy (1945), FBI Girl (1951) (director

and producer) and Cop Hater (1958) (director and producer).

Son, Lester (Les) Berke, was a TV producer and assistant director

for series including, B.J and the Bear, Quincy M.E, The Rockford

Files and The Munsters (2 episodes). Les Berke also directed some
episodes of Cheers and Taxi with his wife Joyce Baker Berke.


This rustic ranch estate will include a selection of Hollywood

memorabilia, signed and listed artwork, antiques,furniture with a

western flair, vintage clothing and an entire 5 bedroom household

and garage full of vintage tools and a 50s shop workbench!
