A Valid Government ID is required to bid (Passport, ID, Driver's License, Military ID, Consular Card).

18% Buyer's Premium added to all bids

3% Cash Discount

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty.
2. The sale is complete upon payment when invoicve is issued. We reserve the right to cancel and sale, go to the second bidder or relist any items when the card on file is declined.
3. Cash, credit card or wire transfers are accepted. No checks.
4. No loading help available for local pick up.
5. Sales tax is collected on all purchases unless a resale certificate is on file PRIOR to the sale.

PAYMENT TERMS

1. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Cashier's Check and Bank Wire as payment.
2. Any vehicle or trailer with a DMV title must be CASH ONLY
3. Any purchase over $2,500 must be cash or wire transfer
4. Payment is due when invoice is issued.
5. VEHICLES
   1. Tax, License and a Document fee of $95.00 is added to all vehicle purchases. 
   2. Sales tax and registration is collected on all vehicles & trailers that have a CA title.
   3. All vehicles are cash or bank wire only
   4. We can help with transport of any vehicle, but the expense is the responsibility of the buyer.

LIVE ESTATE SALE TERMS

1. Some items may be pre-sold, please call or email for information.
2. Waiting lists available at the sale site at 7:00am each day.

AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added all purchases. 3% Discount for cash.
2. Phone bidding and absentee bidding, please call 760-650-BIDS.
3. We are not responsible for internet, network or platform errors. 
4. Any item may be removed prior to bidding, or reserve being met.
5. We reserve the right to extend any timed auction.

FACE COVERINGS ARE MANDATORY AT ANY LIVE, ON-SITE SALE AND DURING PICK-UP.

WE MAY LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN ANY SALE AND MAKE APPOINTMENTS FOR PICK UP.

SOCIAL DISTANCING MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES.

NO ONE WHO APPEARS ILL WILL BE ADMITTED
