This sale is at one of the homes of this family who owns and operates one of the largest HVAC companies in Los Angeles. We have started prep on this sale and will post additional photos daily. As you can see, there are tons of home accessories including cookware and cooking gadgets, from a very big 2 stall garage with attached storage room in the back. When I say full, the garage is lined with industrial shelving packed to the ceiling which we have pulled about half and placed on a dozen tables and pavement in front of the garage. There are probably 5,000 articles of mostly woman's clothing, lots of them new with original tags like from Macy's for example. Many or mostly new in box, never used items. The photo of the jewelry is just a portion of what's available, the rest and better stuff including Louis Vuitton & Cartier handbags will be photographed over the next couple days so please keep an eye out. There is also a 2008 Chevy Utility Van for sale. We will have more pics and descriptions later. Did I mention that there are more tools than I have ever seen at any estate sale, tools for everything you can think of!

2008 Chevy Express 3500 utility body van, 179,000 miles, 1 owner, runs excellent! I must say, I just took this thing for a spin and it runs and drives excellent! Brakes are very good and the a/c is ice cold!
