> All sales are final and all property is sold "as is, where is" with all faults. The buyer is responsible to determine the condition of the item(s). We describe the items to the best of our ability and also consider any information given to us by the consignor. > Buy 2 Sell reserves the right to reject or void bids, whether winning or not, which it believes have not been made in good faith, are intended to manipulate the auction process, or are prohibited by applicable law.

> While descriptions are believed to be accurate, neither the auction house nor the seller make any representation or warranties as to the description, attribution, origin, merchantability, age, appraised value or condition, etc. of the property to be sold at auction. Any measurements listed are approximate. We post items in the belief that they are authentic which we do not guarantee nor can we state that they are authentic. The winning bidder agrees that by bidding they understand these items are being sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees whether the items are authentic or not. > You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any purchases at the auction. By initiating a credit card chargeback, you will be in violation of these bidder terms and conditions and these bidder terms and conditions will serve as conclusive proof of your agreement not to initiate a credit card chargeback. If in violation of these bidder terms and conditions, you initiate a credit card chargeback, even if successful, you will remain liable for all purchases made at the auction, and you will be responsible for all costs and expenses, including attorney fees, incurred by or on behalf of auctioneer and/or any seller(s) in challenging the credit card chargeback and in collecting payment. The auction house is relying on your agreement of the bidder terms and conditions not to initiate a credit card chargeback with the condition of the auction house accepting your bidder registration and permitting you to bid at the auction.

> The buyer's premium is 20%.

> All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the auction. Invoice payments will be processed through the HiBid/Global Payments system after the auction has ended and an invoice will be emailed to you. If your credit card on file is declined, you will receive a Global Payments invoice in order to pay your invoice.

> I am aware and understand that I forfeit my purchases if I fail to pay my invoice within 24 hours of the auction. Failure to pay my invoice may result in loss of bidding privileges with the auction house.

> The buyer shall indemnify and will not hold Buy 2 Sell, its owners, affiliates or its employees, liable for accidents, damages, loss, injury, theft or incidents related to this purchase.

> All items will be shipped only after the invoice is paid in full. Shipping charges will be processed separately. There are NO LOCAL PICK-UPS.

> All items will be shipped to the bidder's billing address after the invoice is paid in full. Please be sure your billing information on your HiBid account profile is correct and updated. Any packages returned due to outdated address information are subject to additional shipping fees paid by the Buyer.

> If you require shipping to an alternate address not listed on your invoice, please contact us immediately before paying your invoice or before bidding.

> All shipping fees will include a minimal handling fee to account for time and labor. Larger or difficult to ship items will include a higher handling fee. Once shipping fees are paid, you will be sent tracking information.

> A separate invoice will be emailed to you for shipping charges once your items have been prepared and ready to ship.

> Please allow 3 - 10 business days for processing.

> If you are using an outside shipping or freight company, the buyer is responsible for contacting and negotiating the details and shipping prices with the outside shipper.

> Our auctions run for a minimum of one week unless stated otherwise.
