4. Absentee and Phone Bids welcome with Preview in person and Deposit on item.
5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties.
6. ALL purchases must be paid in full on the same day as won at auction or item will be forfeited.
7. ALL Items Must Be Picked up by The End of Business the Thursday After the Tuesday Sale or Items will be forfeited
