" $200 cash deposit must be made by all bidders and will be applied to any purchases or refunded if no purchases are made.
" No refunds, credits or exchanges, no exceptions. All items sold As-is-where is with all faults. Please inspect all lots prior to bidding.
" Buyer is SOLELY responsible for determining the condition, faults and proper nomenclature/identification of auction merchandise.
" While descriptions are believed to be accurate, Orrill's Auction and the Auctioneer make no representation or warranty express or implied as to the merchantability, correctness, description, age, antiquity, appraised value or condition of the property to be sold at auction.
" The buyer's premium is 18%. Customers paying their bill in its in entirety in cash are subject to 15% buyers premium within 24 hours of the auction.
" ALL Invoices must be paid the day of the auction!!!
" All items must be picked up by the end of the week of the auction.
" I am aware and understand, I forfeit my purchases if I fail to pick up my items or arrange shipping for them in the previously allotted time frame.
