If buying furniture you must supply your own muscle, truck, and equipment. Entering home says you understand you enter at own risk, we are not responsible for slip or falls. Bring your own boxes for items, we do not supply them. NO PUBLIC BATHROOMS ARE AVAILABLE, SORRY.

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE AD.  What a house we have for you! We have been working our tails off to get this Tarzana home ready for a sale which there will be 2 parts to. Half of the house is available at this time. The son is living there and once part one is over and he is ready we will have part 2. This is a true treasure hunt, although we tried to clean as much as we could, there is still dust so if allergic wear a mask.

The woman who owned this home bought collections not just individual items, knew what to buy and did a lot of estate sale and auction shopping. Lucky for you, there is so much here!

The house is loaded with antique furniture, and these are good pieces, tons of smalls, art, kitchen, sewing, crafts, some books, some albums, some tools, many lamps, and more and more and more! Look at the pictures.

Unfortunately, we can only let in 20 people due to tight quarters and so much to see. The crew will be in each room to help and keep things from getting out of hand. Security will be present.

DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS, NOR BE RUDE TO NEIGHBORS. CASH ONLY, BRING YOUR OWN BOX, BE PATIENT, YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT TILL WE CAN GET YOU IN. PEOPLE WHO FOLLOW US KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE THAT WE DO OUR BEST TO GET PEOPLE IN AND OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU CANNOT WAIT PLEASE COME BACK LATER. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE TO LEAVE AT ANYTIME, THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY AND YOU ARE A GUEST IN THIS HOME. WE CANNOT HELP WITH FURNITURE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILTY TO MOVE IT AND LOAD IT. DO NOT PICK UP ITEMS AND THEN GO THROUGH IT, IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO BUY IT, DON’T PICK IT UP, OTHERS MAY WANT TO PURCHASE IT.
