All sales are final; items are sold AS-IS/WHERE-IS with no warranties, returns, or exchanges.
Sales tax is collected as required by law.

Pricing, Discounts & Holds:
Prices are firm on opening day. Posted discounts may apply as the sale progresses.
We do not offer early pricing or pre-sales unless explicitly stated on the listing.
Short courtesy holds may be offered at staff discretion and may be released if not claimed promptly.

Inspection & Authenticity:
Please inspect items carefully before purchase; test electronics where possible.
Measurements, fit, finish, and authenticity are the buyer’s responsibility.

Pick-Up & Moving:
Bring your own muscle, tools, and packing materials. Our staff cannot lift, load, or tie down items.
All purchases must be removed by the end of the final sale day unless prior arrangements are made in writing.
Missed pickups may incur storage/handling fees or result in forfeiture without refund.

Bags, Conduct & House Rules:
For everyone’s safety, no bags, backpacks, or oversized totes inside the home.
Children must be supervised at all times. No pets (service animals welcome).
No food or drink inside the home. Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways.
Line numbers/sign-in (when used) are distributed about one hour before opening; one number per person.

Photography & Security:
Security cameras may be in use. Photography of items is allowed if it doesn’t impede shoppers or staff.
