This is our once a month BARN LIQUIDATION SALE

This is one of our most popular sales each month since it combines many estates for many reasons . 

Some homeowners call us for estates but they are out of time due to selling their house quickly , being in remote areas or a homeowner does not have enough to have an actual estate so we accept their home on consignment instead for an estate sale here . 

We take weeks to fill up our barn -

during this crazy large sale we will do the following 

BARN and Bin : Friday 50% off Saturday 60% off and Sunday up to 70% off 

HOME : reserved for "new arrivals " consignments and higher end items : Friday 30% off - Saturday 40% off and Sunday 50% off 

We do NOT give out prices before a sale - just arrive and start shopping . 

Our photos will be added up until the day before the sale so PLEASE CHECK BACK ! we are still unpacking and unpacking !
