We love our customers and we love bringing you great estate sale deals. We do have some rules though:
We do not maintain the personal or real property - enter at your own risk.
No large purses, backpacks, or bags are allowed. Strictly enforced.
No strollers
There are many fragile items, children are welcome if they are supervised and careful.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
We accept CASH, VISA, MC, DISCOVER, AMEX.
We often run out of boxes, so bring your packing supplies and moving helpers.
We do our best to list things correctly but we make no refunds, guarantees or exchanges.
We limit the number of people if needed to make your shopping more pleasant and to keep our inventory safe, we use a number system to do that and we give out the numbers as soon as we arrive in the morning 1 hour to 30 minutes before the sale.
All items must be picked up during sale hours, we are not responsible for anything left on site after your purchase. Any property purchased and not picked up at the end of the sale is considered abandoned property and no refunds can be issued.
