This is the estate of  Kim & Bob Biggs , founder of Slash Records .  A visual artist born in Whittier, California, Biggs founded  Slash Records in 1978, which specialized in local Los Angeles punk rock bands and launched the careers of seminal bands Germs and X . Bob brought a ton of great music to the world  Los Lobos, The Blasters, Violent Femmes, Faith No More, Fear, Rank and File, are among the bands he signed. Kim is a well known graphic designer amazing stylist and accomplished dressage rider.

3) ANY TYPE OF CARS CAN DRIVE ON THIS ROAD . PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY / CHECK IN WITH SECURITY AT ROAD .TURN OFF 

4) NO ANIMALS ALLOWED / OWNER ON SITE stay in designated areas at all times ( no wandering ) !

5) We Reccomended  children DO NOT ATTEND because of the expensive one of a kind items - Remember your responsible if anything is broken. 

6) The property is mostly dirt roads and not suitable for people with difficulty in walking - people must park below at the art studio and walk to the home ( a bit of a walk up a hill) . Drive up allowed for pick ups only !!!
