There are TWO full homes a barn and office area on this property all filled with their own treasures.  

The main ranch home : was established in the 1800’’s and is the log cabin with beautiful antique pieces spanning many centuries . Behind its walls are treasures like antiques, clocks , art , vintage clothing  , fine China , ornate soup tureen collection , Capidiomonte pieces . Linens , lamps , a doll collection . Amazing 7 foot tall free standing stained glass ocean piece , bronze statues including a Dog head Purchased from  the estate of Robert Ulrich and a Remington . We have a beautiful country dining table and a fancy Duncan Fife dining set in the main dining area with an amazing wall piece from a local Mueseum . Art from Hawaii and other collections. Arts and craft pieces , butcher block pieces mixed with everyday comfort pieces .plus a wrap around porch filled with fun decor . See all pictures ! 

Our second home has just as many mixed pieces and collections rolled into once place but with an eclectic feel. We have Kinkade  & H Leung pieces from a gallery in Hawaii , 60’s pieces , modern everyday living pieces as well as ranch items like patio furniture , fainting couch , parlor couch in green velvet , vintage ladder , costumes and games , large  French bakers rack ( rare )  , tv’s , kitchen pieces , mannequin. Antique desk . Dolls , real brass antique bed frame , metal French green dining table and chairs ( need cushions ) and so much more MORE ! 

The Barn now office / warehouse/ music room  has been converted from the first Ostrich breeding ranch in tehachapi to a fun family “hang out area” . Spanning over 2,500 square feet of just about everything . We have a fully restored Vendo 27 coke machine from the 1930’s purchased from the Robert Ulrich Estate,  (this machine will be sold to the highest bidder, bids start at $1500.00 - these sell for over $5000 in today’s retail market and more with our rare stand ) .  , Ranch style dining table seats 10 , rare 1800’s bookcase and a hand carved wooden dragon holding crystals & signed ,  (both were purchased from the Jack Palance Estate right down the street ( we have paperwork ) .  We have old ranch decor , a workout room /gym area with machines , camping items , fisher price toys , my little Pony rare house and Barbie’s along with building blocks , toy pieces and a large stuffed animal collection (some vintage some modern)  .  We have trains in boxes , ranch artifacts , cowboy hats , African Taxidermy , art and a cool safari hat, , MASSIVE ECLECTIC BOOK COLLECTION ( see pics ) , electric fireplaces in homes ,instruments and a BABY GRAND BALDWIN PIANO (fully restored and is able to be pre purchased from our sale to serious buyers. We will take the highest offer for this beauty which must be moved by a professional piano mover with no exceptions . Our homeowner is a concert pianist so the piano is PERFECT AND SOUNDS AMAZING . 

We have a pool table in fabulous condition , the largest chest freezer you have ever seen , bikes both vintage and newer , a sea shell collection , 1800’s pictures poster size of Simi Valley and the list goes on and on . 

We have old wood like planks and 2x4 , Realestate sign holders in wood , animal feeders , large and small garden tools , composter , rotor tiller , ATV , portable kennels , some fire wood too .

WEAR PROPER CLOSED TOE SHOES AT ALL TIMES !!!!!  we are not responsible for any trip or falls - so no running and NO CHILDREN PLEASE .  (handicapped parking is available with current handicapped plates or hanging current tags) MUST MAKE ATTENDANT AWARE upon arrival !  PARK RESPONSIBLY LEAVING ROOM BETWEEN VEHICLES.
