We have rented this store front we call the “warehouse” to help accommodate clients who have run out of time for an estate in their own homes. . Instead of doing multiple estates throughout many cities we bring back the best of what they have and showcase at our our air conditioned facility with plenty of parking !  We do this ONCE A MONTH ! TAKE A LOOK AND READ

This month is a wild combination of 4 different homes ! Yup , you heard that correctly !

Our first home belongs to the Brown's who moved from The top area of Bear Valley Springs where parking was awful but the good news is they sold their house so quickly they didn’t even have time to consider an estate sale . So we picked up items that we thought the public would love. Many items include comfortable furniture, dressers like crazy , rugs and a fabulous burl wood desk/ entrance table  and even a canoe just to name a few ! 

Our second family has to rent their home back From The new buyers because their new home is not ready for them to move in - . They brought us tons of stuff like Rustic Mexican style furniture - dressers - bookshelves , art and more ! 

Our third family had a grandfather who passed away over 25 years ago and everything was stuffed into a storage facility in Tehachapi for years .  .They brought us a fabulous antique book collection TONS , art and framed family Pictures from the 1800’s. They also brought in some cool MCM pieces like lamps - tables and some unusual antique pieces. ! We have some grandfather clocks from the 60’s  &
massive antique cabinets 

Our 4th family the Sweeney’s  ( we did their massive farm sale in Cummings valley if you follow us ). They brought us items they thought they would take to North Carolina with them but have no room on the truck ! YIKES !!! Some cool Pieces you may have seen at the ranch and some you have not ! Massive bookshelves - antique chaise lounge - stained glass art and Smalls .
