Well, shucks! Looky what we got here! The most fantastic Estate Sale this side of the Mississippi! Antiques, ranch decor, and more furniture than you can shake a stick at. And don't even get me started on the trinkets and treasures - it's like a dadgum treasure trove! So why not mosey on down for your Labor Day Weekend shopping spree? And hey, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump from the local winery, so you can make a day of it!

This is a fun sale on a 27 acre ranch in Cummings Valley, famous for Cowboy Sharp xxxxx  Events back in the day !  There is plenty of parking but be sure to drive slow and follow the signs on EXACTLY where to park . 

RANCH SALES ARE FUN BUT READ THE RULES 

❌WE WILL HAVE PEOPLE WITH WALKIE TALKIES AT EACH END OF THE ROAD - TELLING YOU WHEN YOU CAN COME AND GO - please do not ignore them and take off kicking up dust as you may find yourself “ backing up “ !!!!!! ❌

❌There will be handicapped parking near the home. Please show your plates or placard ! ❌

❌THIS PROPERTY IS NOT HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY AND THERE IS A BIT OF WALKING TO GET TO BARN FROM HOUSE AND FROM YOUR CAR TO HOUSE : be smart and keep that in mind because people with walkers and canes may have a hard time - there are stairs into home ❌ NO WANDERING❌

The road is a one way in and one way out (dirt road) - ❌DRIVE SLOW SO YOU DONT KICK UP DUST ❌!!!! Any car can make it - not scary  There are parts where you cannot pull to the right or the left because road is corroded - so be respectful and pay attention. 

WE ARE LOCATED OFF BANDUCCI ROAD on the PRISON SIDE near Dorner Family Vineyard - ❌You will See our sign at edge of Road! 

We open at 10 am  - Gate Opens @ 9 AM into property!!!!! NO Restrooms are available - as the home has a well water issue - sorry

All Available items for sale will be close to the house - Stay on designated walk areas at all times ! Anyone caught wandering will be asked to leave ASAP !!!!! there are many out buildings but everything has been brought to house that is for sale
