This sale is located in Stallion Springs (one of the suburbs of Tehachapi) and there is NO CELL PHONE reception at this home. So just a heads up that if you plan on using a credit card for your purchases there will be a wait to call it in - ALSO please map quest the directions to this home (it is a straight shot and easy to find as long as you map quest before you leave ) We will put signs closer to the sale but since its a 15-20 min drive after you get off freeway its best to have directions !

Looks like there is street parking on two sides of the home : the driveway is for loading and unloading only ! 

You must take extra precaution to not block neighbors driveways and be very cautious if it's a foggy day !!!!!!! I think you can pull to one side only of the street by putting your vehicle 1/2 on the road and the other 1/2 on our property . Please note the main road is not the safest place to be if it's foggy ! There is a road to left of the house which is also a culdesac
