Large furniture items that require assistance should be purchased at the sale and will be available for pickup promptly at 2 pm the same day. Each held item will be marked accordingly. Small items should be carried out of the sale only after e-payment has cleared.
Private security will be on site and will remind guests, as needed, to enter only through our front door and exit only through the checkout area at the rear/side of the home. Guests may not exit through the front door.

The previous owner was a shopaholic and had an obsession with Michael Jackson, Star Trek, and more. She purchased so much that one room is full of boxes of jewelry still to this day.
