We have a STUNNING double estate sale for you this week in the beautiful Santiago Estates community in Temecula.  This 7000 sf house, along with a separate 2500 sf guest house is PACKED with beautiful treasures!

The main house is loaded with beautiful furniture, rugs, Art, decor items, lamps, LOTS of super nice linens, blankets, curtains, women's designer clothing sizes 4-6 and shoes range from 7-8.5.  There is also costume jewelry, purses, evening gowns, fur wraps and more!  Kitchen is packed with nice pots and pans, small kitchen appliances unique serving items, party supplies; just too much to list!  Patio has everything PATIO from furniture to lounge chairs, cute accent pieces, plants, pots, yard decor, etc.  Garage has power tools, yard tools, misc. hardware, small refrigerators, wine refrigerators, freezer chest, vacuums, etc.

Just when you thought you couldn't shop any more, you realized there is MORE...The guest house is everything HOLIDAY, from lots of Christmas, Halloween,. Easter, 4th of July.  Great fun decor.  There are also additional furniture items, beautiful queen bed, decorative chairs, lots of art supplies and artwork, office supplies.

Special Note:  Parking could be an issue.  House is located on a cul-de-sac and is gated.  There is pretty good parking inside the gate and there will be parking attendants directing you.  The guest house is closest to the gate, so if you want to shop the Holiday items first, you should park outside the gate on Lolita Rd. and walk in.  The designated parking area is down at the Main House; however there is a shorter walking path to the guesthouse that you can take after shopping and STORING your purchased items from the Main house.  All areas are well marked.

GATE WILL BE OPENED AT 7:00 am by a designated parking attendant only.   If you arrive early, please leave space for workers to enter the gate.  You will NOT be allowed to follow them in prior to 7:00 am.  Please respect this request.

This is a large sale across several acres.  Walking paths are flagstone and uneven.  There are numerous steps to navigate.  Wheelchair access, Walkers and strollers will be difficult to navigate.

Please bring your own bags and boxes to carry items.  There is a hold area; however it is quite a distance from the house and generally unreliable when super busy.  We do our best to keep people from shopping in this area.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
