Wine Country Wonderful - Vintage linge roset

This is a great sale in Temecula Wine Country. For those of you into retro, high end furniture, this is the sale for you! The living room sofas are custom modular units by ligne roset, imported from France. There are eight pieces in different shapes that can be arranged in many different configurations. We know, we tried several! One of the pieces is also a sofa bed. The coffee and sofa tables are concrete with thick glass tops. There are also rose colored disc tables with a brushed stainless steel band as well as curvy gray Formica tables and angular lamps by Lite Source. The dining room table and chairs are oak. The chairs are upholstered and covered in the reverse of the sofa fabric. There is a fabulous brass and blown glass chandelier, the globes resemble calla lilies.

The bedrooms feature queen size beds and more retro furniture. There is a darling raspberry and green stripped chair in the master bedroom along with a bronze and glass coffee table. The bedding is very sweet  with crocheted flowers appliqued on the coverlet and shams. There are several dresses from the seventies and eighties, some with beading (think Dallas), along with more current selections and some great shoes in 7 1/2 and 8. We have costume jewelry, perfume and some makeup too.

The family room features an oversize cranberry sofa by Homestead House with feather and down wrapped cushions and a patterned chair and two matching ottomans. The antique, rush seat Windsor chair with caning is fabulous! There is a beautiful fire screen and fireplace candleabra, a small dining table with four captain's chairs and leather top coffee table along with several end tables. There is also a stereo cabinet from the fifties or sixties along with a Regulator clock, an antique Western Electric wall phone (needs some LTC!), a Philco transistor radio from the forties, two vintage cameras, a signed and numbered lithograph by Norman Kelly and several other pieces of art. We have a number of high end linens; tableclothes, napkins and placemats. All of them are in good to never used condition.

We have beautiful custom drapes in pale lavender with pewter beading, Waterford pieces, Towle crystal candlesticks, Texaco Scotty dogs from the forties, a Mettlach beer stein, simple white china with a narrow platinum band, two vintage Orr Health Blankets, Orentalia and more. There is some vintage Christmas too!

The washer and electric dryer is Neptune by Maytag and there is a white side by side fridge/freezer by GE as well as a copper fridge/freezer.

Outside you will find potted plants including a sego palm in a great pebble stone container. In the garage are some tools, gardening odds and ends and a small patio table and four chairs.
