We will let all in at open, not in stages, respecting fire codes of course.
We will presell any pictured furniture, vehicles, appliances or animals at most estate sales when possible. SOME SALES WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PRESELL.
Unfortunately we are unable to presell or answer pricing questions on any other items.
We are currently following CDC guidelines regarding COVID practices.

We can not assist you with loading heavy items to your car, please bring a helper
