I am assisting the Realtor Clean up a nursery/Winery Storage property in Temecula to get it ready to sell. There are several specialty bulk items we are offering for sale. Please contact me for any additional information or to make an appointment to view any of these items.
- There are (18) un-used 600 gallon water tanks and (2) 5'x7' un-used water tanks that hold 1000-1500 gallons water. The 600 gallon water tanks are $700 ea. The two 1000+ gallon water tanks are $850 each.
- There are (22) 11 inch green wine barrel/steel drum racks and (120) 14-inch orange wine barrel/steel drum racks. They are priced at $25 each.
- There are five agricultural harvest / storage bins priced at $150 ea.
- There is a large pile of miscellaneous lumber and wood items, as shown in the photo. This is a take all situation for $175. The metal shelving shown are also available for $15 each.
- There are two pallets of winery vine growing tubes. They are stacked about 7 feet high and run along a 20 ft. wall in storage. They are triangular and approximately 30 inches in height. Ideally, this is also a take all situation for $5000, or $2500 per pallet stack.
There are the only items for sale. Pick up is only available on Friday 5/15 from 9a-12p. You must provide your own labor to load all items.
