True Integrity Estate Services and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses occurring on the premises. By entering the property, all visitors agree to assume full responsibility for their own safety.
We do not provide loading or moving services. Buyers are responsible for removal of purchased items. Please bring appropriate assistance, tools, and transportation. Any items not removed within the specified timeframe may be forfeited without refund.
Due to the nature of estate sales, item availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific item shown in photos or marketing materials.
We reserve the right to refuse service, control entry, limit occupancy, and maintain order to ensure a safe and professional environment for all customers.

Entry Sign-Up Sheet & Checkout Area Policy
To ensure an organized and fair opening for all shoppers, an official True Integrity Estate Services sign-up sheet will be placed at the front of the property at 7:00 AM on Saturday morning. This will be the only list recognized for entry when the sale opens.
Please note the following:
• Only the True Integrity Estate Services sign-up sheet will be honored.
• Any lists started by customers prior to 7:00 AM will not be recognized.
• Please sign yourself in when you arrive.
• Customers must be present when the sale opens to enter with their place in line.
• One line entry per person. Please do not hold places for others.
• Customers will be admitted into the sale in the order shown on the official list.
🚫 No pre-sales.
We are not selling items in advance of the sale dates.
All items will be available in person during the scheduled sale hours.
