Payment & Sales

• Cash only.
• All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits.
• All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to condition, age, authenticity, attribution, completeness, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting all items before purchase.
• We reserve the right to group items, divide groups, or sell items in lots at our discretion.
• Prices and availability are subject to change. Items may be withdrawn from the sale at any time prior to payment.

Packing, Moving & Removal
• Please bring your own boxes, packing materials, tools, carts, and other necessary supplies.
• Packing services are not provided.
• Please bring sufficient help to move and load furniture, artwork, and other large or heavy items. Our staff will not be available to lift, carry, move, or load purchases.
• Buyers assume all responsibility and risk associated with moving, carrying, loading, transporting, or removing purchased items.
• Buyers are responsible for any damage they cause to the building, fixtures, property, merchandise, vehicles, or other persons while removing purchases.
• Large purchases must be removed within the time period specified by our staff. Items not removed within the required time may be considered abandoned unless prior arrangements have been made.

Entry & Checkout
• Entry may be limited due to space and safety considerations.
• A line may form outside, and customers will be admitted as space becomes available.
• Please follow all instructions given by our staff while on the premises.
• Customers must form a single checkout line and remain in line until assisted.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

Safety & Assumption of Risk

• This is an active liquidation environment containing furniture, boxes, merchandise, display fixtures, narrow walkways, and other potential obstacles.
• Customers are responsible for exercising reasonable care while walking through the premises and while inspecting, handling, moving, or purchasing merchandise.
• Please watch your step and use caution around stairs, thresholds, uneven surfaces, rugs, cords, furniture, shelving, glass, fragile objects, and other merchandise.
• By entering the premises, visitors acknowledge that they are entering at their own risk and voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attending and shopping at an estate or liquidation sale.
• Visitors are responsible for supervising children and other members of their party at all times.
• Children must remain with a responsible adult and may not climb on furniture, displays, shelving, or merchandise.
• Please do not enter any area marked “Private,” “Staff Only,” “No Entry,” or otherwise closed to the public.

Personal Injury & Property
• We, the property owner, property management, and our respective employees, representatives, and agents are not responsible for accidents, slips, trips, falls, personal injuries, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring on the premises.
• Visitors should immediately notify our staff of any spill, obstruction, damaged fixture, unsafe condition, or other hazard they observe.
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, stolen, or unattended property.

Merchandise Handling
• Please handle merchandise carefully.
• Customers may be held responsible for damage caused by careless or improper handling.
• Do not move large furniture, artwork, display cases, shelving, or other heavy objects without first receiving permission from our staff.
• For safety reasons, we may restrict access to certain merchandise or areas.

General
• All purchases must be paid for before merchandise is removed from the premises.
• A sold tag, verbal statement, or item being placed aside does not constitute a completed sale until payment has been received.
• We may modify sale policies when reasonably necessary for safety, crowd control, or protection of the property and merchandise.
• By entering the premises and participating in the sale, visitors agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all reasonable instructions from our staff.
