Everything for the home is here for you in our one-day sale and must go by 2 pm. **Please note that this a gated community and you must call Tania @ 310.775.5776 for the gate code.

Please do not disturb our occupants. No jewelry will be on site prior to our arrival Friday morning.

**Please view this estate on Estatesales.net for the most pictures and follow us on Instagram for the latest information on our Estate Sale schedule as well as our flea market, event schedule and any in-store events.

**Please be advised that Fishy Finds will be distributing free tickets or wristbands one hour prior to start of sale to secure your place in line. Please park in appropriate marked parking spots.

** Be advised that while on property you are attending a county sale with county deputies present.

-You will need to bring your own help for moving big items. We do have someone on site that can assist in bringing some of the smaller items into the staging area while you shop. (Staging areas will be located next to check out). Note** All items need to be removed on the day of sale prior to 2 pm.

**Children are welcome but must always be accompanied by an adult to be granted access to the home.

**If you need transport for any large item purchases, we can also assist you in arranging that. Please note, all items purchased must be removed from the location on the day of the sale.
