All sales are final and everything will be sold 'As Is'. Please be mindful if you must bring your children as there will be many breakables.
There will be NO large purses allowed in this sale. Boxes and baskets are ok. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. The house has been fully equipped with a cloud recording security camera system.
**We do NOT use lists. People will be let in order as they are in line, first come first served. You must be present and cannot hold your place in line with a box or other object. Please be kind to fellow shoppers and we will be able to move through the line quickly. ***

This estate sale is being held in Thousand Oaks for a family who lived in the home since 1979. We have great furniture at this nice estate! There are also many nice collectibles, beautiful artwork, clothing, and kitchenware. Everything was kept in great condition!

Furniture~ White wicker bedroom set with a twin sized bed (adorable!), there's also a nice vintage bedroom set with a queen size bed. We have a vintage secretary desk, farm style drop leaf kitchen table with chairs, end tables, sofas, Dinning table with chairs and buffet, beautiful vintage table lamps, vintage hand painted bench seat, wood TV trays, a cute vintage painted desk, nesting tables, a room divider and a bar with bar stools. There is a garden bench, small patio table with chairs, a chiminea, potted plants, and much more! All furniture is in great condition!
