We are unable to answer any questions about pricing, pre-sell, etc. Knocking on the front door is not ok. Bothering the homeowners is also not ok. It will get you on our no entry list.

Thousand Oaks Estate Sale

Welcome to Antique land! Where everything is old but in great condition.

This is one of those sales you only dream of. This is one of those sales where nothing is priced. This is one of those sales that we are going to be surprised as to what is in the drawers at the same time you are. It’s going to be one of those sales.

We won’t have a signup sheet present. We will post the address at 7am Saturday morning. We will use the line at the door for entry. We won’t be answering calls about the sale.

We don’t allow purses or bags at our sales, so please leave those somewhere else. We do allow clear totes and open boxes in our sale.

Please do not park in the driveway. That is a good way to not be welcome at our sales. This is a 2 day sale and we hope to see you there.
