The Seller and Liquidator will not be liable for any injuries or damages to persons or properties that occur inside or outside of the home and garage areas.
ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Please bring your own assistance and tools if you are going to purchase any large/heavy items. You must remove your own items without causing any damage to home or property.
Leave your purses/backpacks in the car just bring your wallet.
CASH and ZELLE are payment options available. SALES TAX WILL BE CHARGED UNLESS A VALID RESALE CERTIFICATE IS PROVIDED.
Doors will open at 8:30 the 1st day of the sale. ½ hour before tickets will be given to each customer in sequential order beginning with #1. There will be no sign in sheet and boxes left for position to enter will NOT be honored.
This is a private home and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime, please be respectful of both property, staff and/or other shoppers at all times. Please be mindful of the neighbors and not block their driveways. There is plenty of parking on the street, no street sweeping, Trash Day is Friday this week.
There is NO restroom available at this sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. Absolutely no food or drink in this home. NO DOGS ALLOWED with the exception of Certified Service Dogs which must be wearing the Official Service Dog Vest.
