Not responsible for accidents, shoppers enter at their own risk. No early birds or pre-sales. All items are sold as found and all sales are final. Please bring your own packing materials, bags, and help for any furniture purchases. Please respect the neighbors, and do not bother the family or security, no jewelry cases or valuables are left on the premises overnight.
Please make use of street parking, do NOT park in driveway or block neighbors.

**We are following CDC Guidelines.
There is too much good stuff to mention.
** All valuables have been removed from the Estate and will return the day of the sale. **Please do not disturb our clients prior to the sale as there are no pre buying opportunities.
All items need to be picked up on the day of the sale and again, we will be practicing Social Distancing.

Due to Covid-19 we are taking precautions for your safety and well-being.
-You will need to bring your own help for moving big items. We do have someone on site that can assist in bringing items into the staging area while you shop. (Staging areas will be located next to check out).
**If you need transport for any large equipment purchases, we can also assist you in arranging that.
We accept credit cards at this sale for purchases of $100 and over.
