-Strictly cash only sale.
-Bring help to move furniture out and proper equipment to protect furniture from damages.
-Bring your own boxes and shopping bags and wrap
- No large bags allowed in the house.
-Not responsible for accidents.
-Not fighting, arguing or belly aching. You will be kicked out. 
-First day full price, no negotiations.
-2nd day 50% everything (for the exception of the large danish cabinet. It will be reduced, but not 50% off) 

There will be a sign in sheet placed out each morning of sale at 6am. You must put your name on the list or you will need to go to the back of the line. Remember your number on the list. We will line everyone up to get in at 7:30. Doors open at 8am. This is a smaller estate, we will be calling in groups of 10 at a time. If you have more than one person with you, you will each need to sign the sheet. 

If you would like to purchase furniture, there will be post-it tags on larger items. You will need to walk those tags to the cash wrap within 10 minutes with a deposit (or pay in full) or we will re-tag the item. Other items have regular stickers and can be placed in hold area. 

Sorry, but George Nelson bubble lamps have been sold.
